Chicken Run

Synopsis

Life at Mrs. Tweedy's chicken farm is a grim, production-line existence, where every egg laid brings the inhabitants one day closer to the chopping block. Ginger, a determined hen, yearns for a life beyond the oppressive coop and its looming perils. She constantly devises audacious escape plans, each met with the cynical skepticism of her fellow fowl and the watchful eye of the farmers. As the threat of becoming chicken pot pies intensifies, Ginger's desperation grows. The arrival of Rocky, a charming American rooster with a talent for flight, sparks a new hope, suggesting an aerial escape might just be possible for the entire flock in *Chicken Run*.
