Savages

Synopsis

Laguna Beach offers more than just sun and sand for Ben and Chon, two entrepreneurs cultivating a highly potent strain of marijuana. Their idyllic existence, shared with their free-spirited girlfriend O, takes a dark turn when a ruthless Mexican drug cartel, led by the formidable Elena, demands a partnership. When Ben and Chon refuse to bow down, O is abducted, thrusting the easygoing duo into a brutal war of wills. *Savages* plunges into the moral compromises and extreme measures two men will take to protect the one they love, forcing them to confront a world far more brutal and uncompromising than their laid-back California dream.
