Unbeknownst to them, Jumba Jookiba has secretly activated all 625 of his prior genetic experiments and scattered them across Earth. While Stitch grapples with the unexpected appearance of a mischievous, coffee-obsessed cousin, Lilo tries to corral the bizarre new creatures, each possessing unique and often destructive abilities. The duo must embark on a race against time, not only to contain these powerful "cousins" but also to protect them from the nefarious Captain Gantu, who seeks to reclaim them for his own sinister purposes.
