Sleuth

Synopsis

Andrew Wyke, a renowned mystery writer, lives in a world of elaborate games and cunning deceptions. When he discovers his wife's affair with Milo Tindle, a charming but less affluent man, Wyke orchestrates a series of intricate propositions. What begins as an offer for Tindle to "steal" jewels for insurance money—ostensibly to free both men to pursue their respective new loves—quickly spirals into a treacherous battle of wits. The calculated gambit soon blurs the lines between reality and Wyke's fictional constructs, setting the stage for unexpected and dangerous outcomes in *Sleuth*.
