Synopsis

During a chaotic night shift at an Arkansas hospital, overworked nurse Mandy is already battling her own struggles with addiction. Her twelve hours become a desperate fight for survival when her unscrupulous cousin, Regina, embroils her in a dangerous organ trafficking scheme. As the plan spirals wildly out of control, Mandy finds herself in an increasingly perilous situation, where every decision could lead to fatal consequences in *12 Hour Shift*.
