Lakposhtha parvaz mikonand

Synopsis

Amidst the desolation of a Kurdish refugee camp, a group of resilient children grapple with the harsh realities of their existence as the shadow of the US invasion looms. Here, a resourceful 13-year-old named Satellite earns his moniker by translating news from a makeshift satellite dish, keeping the community abreast of the impending conflict. He leads the younger children in the perilous task of collecting landmines for survival. But his world is irrevocably altered by the arrival of Agrin, a haunted 14-year-old mother. Satellite finds himself drawn to her, yet Agrin remains tragically aloof, burdened by an unbearable past. "Lakposhtha parvaz mikonand" offers a poignant glimpse into the lives of these forgotten children, their innocence shattered by war, yet their spirit undimmed.
