Route 666

Synopsis

The desperate desire for freedom can lead to unexpected horrors, as former mob informant Smith discovers in *Route 666*. Tired of witness protection, Smith flees into the Arizona desert, only to be recaptured by determined federal agents. On their return journey, a detour onto a desolate stretch of highway — ominously dubbed "Route 666" after a notorious gang vanished there years ago — traps Smith and his escorts in a chilling mystery. As they navigate the abandoned road, they confront the malevolent secrets lurking within its history, realizing too late that some paths are better left untraveled.
