Une Femme est une femme

Synopsis

In the vibrant, colorful world of 1960s Paris, Angela, a captivating burlesque dancer, yearns for motherhood above all else. Her devoted, if somewhat stubborn, boyfriend Emile, however, has reservations about starting a family. As Angela's biological clock ticks louder, her determination to become a mother intensifies. Frustrated by Emile's reluctance, she playfully, yet earnestly, turns her attention to his best friend, Alfred, proposing an unconventional solution. This lighthearted, musically infused romantic comedy, *Une Femme est une femme*, explores the delightful complexities of love, desire, and modern relationships through a distinctly French New Wave lens.
