Synopsis

The frigid, captivating depths of a remote Norwegian fjord become a living nightmare for sisters Ida and Tuva. What begins as an adventurous winter dive in *Breaking Surface* quickly transforms into a desperate struggle for survival when a catastrophic rockslide traps one of them far beneath the surface. With oxygen dwindling and the crushing pressure of the deep, the other sister must navigate treacherous underwater terrain and unimaginable psychological torment to attempt a rescue, facing not just the unforgiving environment but also their own complex sibling bond.
