Drumline

Synopsis

Drumline" follows the journey of Devon Miles, a gifted street drummer from Harlem whose raw talent lands him a full scholarship at Atlanta A&T University. Arriving with an oversized ego and an unwillingness to play by the rules, Devon clashes with the disciplined world of collegiate marching bands and his strict band director. As he navigates the complex social dynamics and intense musical rivalries, Devon must learn that true greatness on the drumline—and in life—requires more than just skill; it demands teamwork, respect, and humility.
