Synopsis

What happens when humanity's greed clashes with nature's ancient power? Following a devastating typhoon, journalist Ichiro Sakai and photographer Junko Nakanishi uncover a giant, mysterious scale amidst the wreckage. Soon after, an enormous egg washes ashore, becoming a public spectacle. Their investigation into its origins is cut short when ruthless entrepreneur Kumayama of Happy Enterprises exploits local villagers to seize the egg, planning to turn it into a monstrous tourist attraction rather than allowing scientific study. As Sakai, Junko, and Professor Miura witness this environmental disregard, a new, far greater threat begins to stir from the depths, leading to the dramatic events of *Mosura tai Gojira*.
