Synopsis

What happens when a fading star's meticulously planned comeback implodes? For Julia Roth, a once-glamorous Hollywood actress, the cancellation of her next big film coincides with a devastating cancer diagnosis. Hoping to keep her illness a secret, Julia seeks out a discreet treatment facility abroad. Instead, she finds herself in a general ward, sharing intimate space with three women from vastly different walks of life. Initially appalled, Julia demands her agent intervene, but as she confronts her mortality and the women share their own struggles, she begins to discover an unexpected support system in her most vulnerable moment.
