Synopsis

Released from prison, Alain, nearing 50, finds himself without a home. He moves back in with his aging mother. Their reunion is anything but warm. A dark past, marked by unspoken resentments and pain, immediately resurfaces. Old wounds refuse to heal. Just as their fractured relationship threatens to shatter completely, a new challenge emerges. His mother receives a devastating medical diagnosis. With her remaining time short, they face a stark choice. Can they finally confront the truth of their shared history?
