Stromboli

Synopsis

Freshly divorced, Sara seeks solace on the remote, volcanic Italian island of Stromboli, joining a spiritual retreat designed for healing. Yet, the island's stark beauty and the retreat's introspective demands quickly bring her face-to-face with the very painful past she desperately hoped to outrun. As the dramatic landscape mirrors her inner turmoil, Sara finds herself caught between the desire for catharsis and the raw wounds that refuse to stay buried.
